Welcome, I am so grateful you are here.
My name is Jessica Allen. I live a life of devotional practice and ceremony. I am in consistent conversation with the divine. I am an intuitive, a creator, a channel and a leader. I lead in the way that I have always been lead, by the divine will of my heart. I originally entered into the practices of yoga and healing to deepen my relationship with the mysteries of the unseen, to heal a severance in my heartmind and to find a doubtless trust in the unfolding course that is my life. My heart and spirit are my true guides, all things external are my mirrors.
These days I live between worlds. Deeply engaged with the dimensions of spirit, the vast mystery and the elemental beings. Simultaneously, I am in form, bringing things to form, co-creating my life in complete devotion to the sacred path that is mine to walk.
I have a lifetime of practice in the healing arts and space holding in a wide array of modalities. All born from a deep passion to walk the path of the divine I have deeply integrated the practices and teachings of yoga, somatic embodiment, sound healing, plant allyship and visionary plant medicine. I have been teaching and creating healing spaces, retreats and ceremonial space for almost two decades. I carry a powerful tool belt to the divine and manifest realms. My work is rooted in intuition, trust and deep listening. My work is about sharing practices that allow you to listen and support your endlessly unfolding path so that you may live a sovereign existence in alignment with your truth.

mY INTENTION
As a space holder I pour over my experience, wisdom and love. I intend to clearly reflect to you your own light. No one heals themselves but themselves. My mission is to create a loving, intelligent, safe container for process and healing. A space to know yourself and be in relationship with the path of your life. Practices are arrows to our divine nature and through our own connection with that spirit our truths are unveiled before us.
